Summer 2018: BTC’s sensory dysregulation expert, Ruth Golomb, LCPC, recently provided training for McLean Hospital’s Anxiety Mastery Program on “Sensory Deregulation and Anxiety Disorders: Diagnosis and Treatment” and was interviewed for the podcast Your Anxious Child: 5 Minute Solutions on the topic of psychological interventions for children with sensory dysregulation. January 2018: BTC initiated our expanded didactic series being offered during the full school year to our externs, postdoctoral fellow and local clinicians. Examples of topics have been “Tourettic OCD,” PANS/PANDAS, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

Fall 2017: After developing a manual for Charles Mansueto’s Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) approach for treatment of BFRBs, another research study has been funded to determine the efficacy of ComB. BTC will be collaborating with American University on this study.
