Caitlin Condit, Ph.D.
Dr. Condit received a masters in Psychology from The American University in Washington, D.C. and obtained her doctorate in clinical psychology from The American University. She completed her predoctoral internship at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) in Baltimore, Maryland and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at MWPH, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and anxiety. Dr. Condit is particularly interested in the application of exposure-based therapies for anxiety, ASD, OCD, and related disorders. Her specialized training in exposure has included work through various roles at the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington since 2010. In addition to exposure, Dr. Condit has considerable experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy to pediatric populations diagnosed with a variety of medical conditions including cancer, chronic pain, diabetes, and sickle cell disease in order to address coping/adjustment, treatment adherence, and death/dying.
